This is how the program works and how you can use your bonuses.



1. WELCOME BONUS — 120 AED NEW CLIENT VOUCHER
Every new client receives a 120 AED welcome voucher after their first visit.

2. CASHBACK LEVELS
After using your Welcome Voucher, you automatically begin collecting cashback based on your total accumulated spending at the salon.
Your cashback level is calculated from the actual amount paid (discounts and redeemed vouchers are not included).

Where you can use your cashback:
✔ Use up to 20% of the service value for full-price Hair services
✔ Use up to 20% of the service value for full-price Pedicure services
✔ Use up to 20% of the service value for full-price Brows, Lashes & Make-Up services
✘ Not applicable for discounted services
✘ Not applicable for Manicure
✘ Not applicable for retail products


Special Option
✔Purchase a Gift Certificate and move directly to the next eligible cashback level based on your total accumulated spend.


Cashback Validity
Your cashback is valid for 45 days and automatically extends for another 45 days after each salon visit.


CASHBACK 3% — After 1,000 AED Total Spend
✔Earn 3% cashback from your spent for services
✔100 AED bonus voucher


CASHBACK 5% — After 2,000 AED Total Spend
✔Earn 5% cashback from your spent for services
✔150 AED bonus voucher


CASHBACK 7% — After 3,000 AED Total Spend
✔Earn 7% cashback from your spent for services
✔150 AED bonus voucher


IMPORTANT RULES

• Cashback is earned on all services
• Cashback is calculated only from the actual paid amount (discounts and vouchers excluded)
• Gift Certificate purchases are included in your total accumulated spend
• Retail product purchases do not generate cashback
• Your cashback level activates immediately once you reach 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 AED total spend
• Purchasing Gift Certificates may move you to a higher cashback level depending on the certificate amount
• Cashback and voucher bonuses are not applicable for Manicure / Retail products / Discounted services
• o maintain your cashback level and keep your cashback active, visit any of our branches within 45 days of your previous visit
• If no visit is made within 45 days, unused cashback expires. However, you will begin earning new cashback again during future visits
