This brochure explains how the program works and how you can use your bonuses.

1. STARTING BONUS: NEW CLIENT VOUCHER — 120 AED
Every new client receives a 120 AED welcome voucher after their first visit.
How you can use it:
• The voucher can be used starting from your second visit
• You can redeem up to 10% of your bill per visit
• Valid for 45 days
• Can be used for: all services with a full price
• Cannot be used for: NEW services, retail products
You receive this voucher only once as a new client.

2. CASHBACK LEVELS
After your welcome voucher, your rewards grow with your total spending at the salon.
Cashback levels are calculated based on your accumulated actual spend (discounts and vouchers do not count).
Cashback can be used only for:
hair services, pedicure services, brow services
(Up to 20% of the service price per visit)
Cashback expires in 45 days.

CASHBACK 3% — After 1,000 AED Total Spend
• Earn 3% cashback
• • 100 AED bonus voucher
• Admin task: encourage booking manicure + pedicure + stylist to use the full cashback
• Voucher & cashback cannot be applied to: NEW services, manicure services

CASHBACK 5% — After 2,000 AED Total Spend
• Earn 5% cashback
• • 150 AED bonus voucher
• Extra offer: Purchase a gift certificate for 1,000 AED and automatically move to this category
• Cannot be applied to: NEW services, manicure services

• Earn 7% cashback

3. IMPORTANT RULES
How cashback is accumulated:
• Cashback is earned on all services
• Cashback is earned on gift certificate purchases
• Cashback is NOT earned on retail
• Only the actual amount paid by the client counts toward total spend
(vouchers and discounts do not count)
How cashback is calculated:
Cashback is credited from the visit in which the client crosses the threshold of
1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 AED total spend.

4. WHERE YOU CAN SPEND YOUR BONUSES
You can spend both cashback and bonus vouchers on:

✔ Pedicure Services
✔ Brow Services
You cannot spend bonuses on:
• NEW services
• Manicure services
